Crystal CPUID.Anyone know how to use it?

    Hi guys!

I've heard a lot about this program and downloaded it.

Dont really know if its useful or me or not, but anyways i've been lookin at it...but i cant changed any of the values.

Ive read that you can change lots of settings of a cpu like multipliers, vcore, etc.

i dont know how you can do this, as the GUI of that program doesnt provide any input fields.

    Thanks in advance!

As far as I know CPUID is only used to show you your cpu speed. FSB,multiplier etc. I've never heard that it can actually change any of these. Those changes are better off doing in the bios in my opinion anyway.

    Not quite true

I use CrystalCPUID to underclock and undervolt my AMD Sempron 3000+ (Palermo core) to 800 MHz @ 1.2v when it is idling. Power consumption of the CPU goes down to about 21W in this case. When CPU load rises, CrystalCPUID automatically raises the CPU clock to 1800 MHz.
