Post What to do with 2 LCDs

I have bought one LCD (12" VGA touchscreen) and am about to get another, it appears (5" composite). This is from eBay, and I didn't expect to win both auctions. So now I'm thinking about what to do with the two screens.

It doesn't make a lot of sense to me to have one for MP3 control and one for video, because it would be annoying to have both MP3s and a movie playing at the same time (since the sounds would be competing).

    Any ideas?

I tell ya....my buddy had the same problem. Got 2 screens, and didn't know what to do with one of em! SO...he came up with a crazy idea, how about attaching a camera to the bottom of his car, so he can watch the road and stuff while driving! what a dork...BUT THEN, he got 3 more cameras...(all from x-10)...and installed one by his rear-view-mirror on the passenger side, one in the front grill of his truck, and one underneath the back bumper of his truck so he can see what's behind him. I have no idea how the hell he got this to work, or how he switches between cameras...but it works. I'll have to get him to send me some pics so i can post them. its pretty neat.

He told me when he first set it all up that it looked like he was playing Grand Tourismo but in real life! (you know how u can switch veiws and ****)....its cool.

You could run dual monitors under Windows98 or Win2000. GPS on one screen (the VGA one) and Winamp on the 2nd one.

The oldest poor soul is 5. He can cope. :-) Actually, I thought of that, but the problem is that if it's movies (which he'd love), the sound would compete and no one would be really happy. If it's just visuals, he'd ignore it. The 3 year old is in the same boat, and I doubt if my six-month old would think anything more than "I wonder if I could eat that?"

    Well, I'd sell the 5" for $125, but I'm keeping the 12".
