Maybe his god will strike him down for posting crap on our forum. Maybe we should go over there and post about this forum. I would, though he probably has some nasty pop up crap and gets paid everytime someone visits.

EDIT- Just took a trip over there, and lo and behold, there are a whole 300 total posts on the forum. Wow, that is a great forum.

Didn't know someone would have the maturity to talk about me for wanting to help others, I have a life, Jesus Bless you, oh, and I will not see what you say because I will not come back, the reason the forum is so small is because it's pioneer owners, God Bless.

Your calling my maturity into question? You come over here, into my house/our house, and spread the word of your crappy website here, for no other reason then to bolster your numbers.

NO ONE HERE has an AVIC. This is not the place for people with AVICs, we are a CARPUTER forum.

Now, if you really wanted to help, you would have trolled the forums, or searched for the mention of AVIC on this forum, and said, Hey, I can help you, or why don't you come over to this forum for some help. Instead, you post an advertisement of sorts for your crappy website. Trust me, the people with AVICs won't get any help here, so taking them to your site would help us out. Your site doesn't pop up on an AVIC search because you are too damn small and insignificant.

Now, be gone with yourself, over to your forum, where you can help the AVIC people figure out how to connect positive and negative to the cars electrical system. Duh, is red or black positive??

Good, at least I have an admin backing me up so I don't feel like an a$$hole. But seriously, if you want to advertise you can put it in off-topic, or the trash.

Your post has as much relavence as someone coming by and explaining how to replace a speaker on an specific model Toyota. Nobody cares, this forum is above that.

Anyways, I appreciate you trying to help (if that is what you were trying to do.) You are always welcome back if you wish to discuss carPC related items. Linux bless!

Actually, I came back here to compare the AVIC-Z1 to carputers.

OH, and in the 2 months since you posted this the forum has gone from 300 total posts to... about 7,000? 3,000 in the general section for the AVIC-Z1

Main reason I like the AVIC-Z1? You can find them for $1500 new (google it) and it's all-in-one, none of the headaches related with installing a carputer, and I would rather tell people that ask that I have a "Pioneer headunit" than "um, i built it myself from a computer".

Sorry, I know it's a carputer forum and all but the AVIC is pretty much the main competitor to carputers so what's wrong with comparing them? Both have there advantages and disadvantages.

i like the AVIC-Z1 over the other units (N1,N2,N3) because it has the built-in hard drive that lets me fill it with 10gb of mp3s AND it pulls the gps info from that instead of putting the Nav DVD in everytime I want to use the unit for navigation.

uhh, dunno what u used for gps, but you dont have to put a disc in everytime to use it

use what you want, we'll all use what we want

and a computer has FAR more flexibility in what you can do with it than any headunit can

    but to each their own

I still wonder what Jesus and God have to do with any of this.
