Creative Audigy2 PCMCIA and advanced mode on M2 12000?

Does the Audigy2 Notebook work in advanced mode on the EPIA MII 12000? The Creative website mentions that there are problems with the PCMCIA controller in all of the EPIA systems.

I know that some of you are using this card with good results but are you only using it in basic mode (all processing done by the CPU) or can you select advanced mode with no problems?

Well I can now answer my own question.

It works fine in Advanced mode meaning that all the audio processing is done on the card and hardware bass/treble controls are active.

It sounds fantastic, way better than the onboard or AudioTrak Optoplay USB I had before.

    Good info, thanks!

Can you tell me how much CPU-usage you have when playing audio / video?

My Audigy 2 NX (usb model) uses a lot of CPU...
