    FV24 and WinXP

    The sound card isn't working properly on WinXP. Has anyone used the FV24 before with XP? Everything else works fine. It's just that one problem w/ the AC97 Audio Card. Someone please help!!!! I am desperate!!!

    mine is working fine.... what version of the drivers are you using? whant bios do you have installed?

    unfortunately I already formatted because I was so frustated with it last night. Anyhow, I just used whatever XP picked for the drivers of the onboard sound. If the sound card would work...I would definitely use WinXP.

    ok..I reinstalled XP since you said you got it to work. The version of the sound driver I am using is 5.1.2535.0. The BIOS version I am using is FV24STVA. What do you think is wrong?
