    How's this TV-OUT card?

I have the FV24. The TV-OUT on my LCD from the FV-24 is terrible. Maybe it's just a bad match between my LCD screen and the FV-24. Anyhow, I ordered a ATI 8MB ALL-IN-WONDER PRO PCI for $31.00 off the internet. Anyone had experience with this card? Will I be able to customize the screen width and height? If not...let me know...so I can cancel the order before they process it. Thanks.

BRINET, I use the same card with 2 5" Legacy LCD's and I like it. I also have a scan converter and the ATI is noticeably better in quality. Also it does allow you to adjust the vertical and horizontial height/with to fill the entire screen. Keep in mind, you will need to do the 75ohm resistor thing for the ATI card, but otherwise I like it.

If you purchased a screen and controler card the you need to place a 75 ohm resistor on the signal cable (?) to give it some resistance to let the video card know a LCD is connected. If you have a LCD that you bought "intact" (like these) then you don't need it. I have an ATI AIW card and it works great with my LCD (no resistor needed).

    Actually

Maveric, my LCD's are actually "intact" but I still had to use a 82ohm resistor (radio shack was out of the 75 ohm) for it to work properly, that's why I thought it was a card issue as opposed to a LCD issue.
