    Cool Did I get a Good Deal? 10.4" LCD ?

    I got my LCD today. I ordered it from Mobile LCD. A 10.4" Sharp LQ10D133 for $195 plus a controller and backlight card combo for another $250. I hooked it up and it works perfect. My question now is, did I get a good deal? I've seen all these posts and don't know what is a good deal anymore. At any rate the screen and controller work, so I guess I should be thrilled. One last question, what is the longest cable I can run from the controller output into the LCD? 1 foot? 3 feet? Thanks!

    I'm running 8 feet without any problems. You got a normal deal on the controller kit, but $200 for the screen seems a bit pricey.

    Is that eight feet from the controller card to the screen? Just to clarify. What is a good deal for a Sharp LQ10D133 10.4" LCD? Do you know where I can find them cheaper? Same goes for the controller card with built in backlight inverter, where else can I find those that work with the Sharp screens?
