Assuming I'm using a standard slim desktop case, what options can you guys come up with that would mount the unit attractively and professionally-looking. I've seen all kinds of bungee rigs and stuff like that, but I'd like a classy installation. Almost how you'd mount a CD-changer. Of course, I've not even installed a CD-changer before, so I dont know how this is done.
Here's another "twist" that I"ll throw in. I'd like to have some kind of "quick latch" that would let me unplug the few wires I'd have going into the case and take the case out. This has to be as easy as possible.
Here's the case I'm thinking of: http://www.viahardware.com/sv24_1.shtm
I figure I can screw a handle onto the top of it pretty easily: (http://www.pcmods.com/details.asp?prodID=9)
I figure I could just bolt some L brackets to the floor of the trunk. It's one of those fiber-y floors that covers a spare tire well. Would that be sturdy enough to hold a case down while driving?
