Ok, so earlier this month my GeForce MX 4000 was working perfectly. It suddenly went out, so I tested it in my home computer to see if it would work and it didnt.
Sent it back to new egg. They sent me a new one and I tested it on my home computer. BAM it works!
Put it back in the carPC and nothing on the screen... but the integrated video is working...
Any ideas? I went into the BIOS to disable the onboard but it still seems to be working...
Video Card: GeForce MX 4000
Motherboard: 741GX-M
CPU- AMD Athlon 2400 Mobile XP
OS- Windows XP
RAM- 512 megs
1 HD- Maxtor- 80 gig

Edit: Just a note that while i have the AGP card in and seated, everything is working just fine and turns on, if I unplug the monitor cable and plug it into the onboard i can see my frontend booted up and ready to go. but if I plug it back into the AGP card, no video...
I can't remember if this started happening AFTER I installed my motherboards softare... could that be an issue? I would hate to have to try a rollback or even ... dum dum dummmm... A FORMAT.

Just thought i'd throw my ge-force mx 440 into the car just to try it... and well... it worked . heh so its not the drivers I installed.
Anyone have any idea whats going on? I guess I'll just have to send it back to them and stick with the 440. No big deal really does what I want it to do and my DIVX videos play just fine.
