Quick USB questions

I have a few questions:

Does any1 know of a head unit with USB port on the back?
If so can it support anything with USB connection? like a laptop HD

There are headunits with the USB port on teh front.. It's there so you can have easy access to it to connect/disconnect a USB memory stick....
There is an alpine unit that supposedly allows connection of USB devices to a compatible headunit.
Search the forums for it.

Basically has a USB input, but requires a host like a computer. Good for a usb input from computer.

how sweet would it be if it had the USB in the back of the head unit, then it could interface directly with a laptop hardrive like one giant thumb drive.
