first off, im almost done with my carpc screen, is fabbed onto dash, just need to get my front end and software going plus adding features like cell phone and gps, my question is, if i get a bluetooth reciever (usb, serial or pcmcia) would a bluetooth gps communicate by this and if it does, would the bluetooth reciever be "maxed out" and couldnt communicate to other devices like cellphone? thanks for any help

Bluetooth dongles can network to up to 8 devices at the same time. You can use your BT phone and a BT GPS simultaneously. And a BT mouse, and BT keybord, etc. The devices, on the other hand can ususally only connect to one thing at a time.Originally Posted by mengela
