*** HELP , HELP !!!! ***
... HI ! . I'M NEWYEEE ! and I NEED HELP!
I've some old computer parts dragging around my room, and i realized that it could be a great idea to mount the computer parts to create a Media/mp3 player for my car. That's a great idea ... but ... i haven't got much idea about creating electronic circuits, boards, sin wave signals etc . I bought some aditional parts in order to create the player but ... i don't know if those parts together will be able to run in my car. I've an inverter bought at heartlandamerica but i think that was not the solution 'cause the complete player will ocupate many space with the inverter and the pc power supply. The idea of create/buy a dc-dc converter is great for me ... but i didn't find no one around the internet ( if you know someone ... tell me ... cheap if possible ;-D ) ... i think the dc-dc converter will create a lot of heat ... and it should have some fan to blow fresh air inside/outside ... ¿? .... i've found some schemes in the inet to make the dc-dc converter but ... i'm not good with capacitors and with the "Ohm Law" ... the last time i try to do something interesting ... my desktop burnt ;-D ...
- I've a HD47... compatible LCD ... 2x20 too ... and i have been reading a lot about how to hook, program and access the lcd.
I'm thinking in a player that switching on will start playing mpX files ... i want to know ... what programa can i use to play ... which OS is the best ... MS-Dos will be fast starting ... how to control the player ... and how to switch off not cracking down the hard disk .... ...
Another ... big problem for me ... will be that i haven't got any cassette or audio source in my car ... that was 'cause some fuc___king person stole it some days ago ... ... but i'm wondering if those cambridge soundworks speakers would work fine without amp ... ¿?¿?¿?? ... i don't know ...
TOO MANY QUESTIONS FOR 1 GREAT IDEA !!! ...
i need help ... so if you could help me ... you know ... i acept all ideas or questions ...
ThankX for your attention, and sorry about my poor english ...
Thank you all .
