    Exclamation windows CE and the sega dreamcast...

    i don't know alot about either but i'm over at a friends how playing on the sega dreamcast (man it's sweet lol (yes old but hey better than a PSX) but is what i was wondering was how much stuff can you do w/ the windows CE in it? could it be possable to burn an mp3 disk and play it w/ the dreamcast? just cerious thanks

    do i need a special chip to watch VCD's on the DC?

    All you have to do is burn the vcd player on the disk with the vcd. The only problem is that there is no divx support so the quality isn't all that great. Same thing with the mp3 player: you burn the player on the disk along with the mp3s. Only problem is that the last time I tried it, the mp3 sound had some problems, skipping and whatnot (they may have fixed this).
