I hope you are not serious. I think the CPU would overheat doing something like that.
I built my own case out of MDF. Wasn't hard...took most of an afternoon with a jigsaw, ruler, and a pencil.

The CPU will not overheat if you properly duct the fan.
If I remember correctly, they tried to make one of these on The ScreenSavers, but the machine would not boot afterwards.![]()
