Wondering if anyone has experience with waterproofing membranes that can be user installed?

Putting a NEO Car Jukebox on/in my BMW motorcycle in place of the CD changer and would like to waterproof the wired remote.

Getting into the case is not an issue and I can "pot" it with silicone, but the tiny buttons and LCD are another issue.
