I tried to around but couldn't find the answer so I hope some of you might be able to point me in the right direction. ( that is )
I bought a Cinergy 600 used on ebay, installed the SW, hooked up the FM antenna that came with it (my carPC is on my desk now and I'm trying to test it). When I do a seek (using Cinergy active radio SW) it finds about 30 FM channels but none would produce any sound. The most I got from a channel is noise. The Audio Out is hooked up to my soundcard (Audigy) and the line isn't muted. Is there a chance that the FM antenna (basically a piece of wire) is worthless? Or am I screwing up something?
