Actually it sounds like your display resolution is set too high for the monitor you're using. Got another monitor you can plug in?
Hi,
I am trying to troubleshoot driver problems with my carputer...
I am running WinXP SP2 and the following MB
http://store.mp3car.com/ProductDetai...Code=MTB%2D014
Problem description:
when the drivers (either from the cd or downloaded from VIA) I am losing video signal from my computer upon it trying to login. It does go through the boot screen and I can get into safe mode. If I remove the video device from Device Manager, it boots up *correctly*.
I figure it must be some kind of driver conflict -- just not sure how to figure that out. The computer had been running fine for the last week or so... And the only thing I have been working on is getting bluetooth working. Bluetooth drivers were finally correctly installed last night and everything continued to work ok. This morning is when I first ran into the issue.
Any Suggestion?

Yeah,
I am running my carputer on my bench right now, and yes the same things happen. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

It was a bad board. MP3Car swapped it out for me... I have since gotten rid of that board (more trouble than it's worth) and now working with a Duo Core MB.
