Okay, I guess I took my first step. I bought this lilli

If you know any issues with it, please feel free to educate me before hand. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Also waiting for my double DIN kit.

    Fingers crossed.

It is the same one I have. Mine is called an Ex-Audio but exactly the same. These "new" lilliputs are just like the entire run of Ex-Audios because they are the same. You can search for some of my problems with the screen, but overall I like it.

I find it is very bright too meaning pretty good in the sun.

That is some good news. I tested it as soon as I received it today. My double DIN kit came in today too. Looks like I will have to shave the buttons off. so that it fits the DIN.

Meanwhile, I postpone major fabrications till the weekend becos I have a party on friday night.

    You're all invited. LOL

my opening was just a bit bigger than standard double din, so it fit perfectly. Most double din kits though have that trim around it that is about 1/8" to 1/4" on all sides. If you cut a bit of that extra trim away on the double din kit, it might fit better than cutting th screen.
