    iDOT iBox ITX-VIA Slim Box and Slim DVD

    Just ordered an iBOX C3 800 from iDOT and they also have available a slimline CD-ROM adapter. On the phone they said I needed this to use a slimline CD-ROM in the box. So...

    Anyone else order this? KNow if you can use one of the Mac DVDs, or the Panasonic SR-8185-C available at that online store or the SR-8175-B available on ebay?

    I looked at it carefully.. the adapter is upside down as compared to the one vickumar is selling.

    His adapter fits on the back of the mac slim slot load units flush.. these adapters would stick out on this drive

    I don't know about other drives.. All I can say is for the slim slotload drive
