Do i need another fan..or two?

When this case is done, it will have a cover with just the opening for the CPU fan; the bottom will also be covered partially. I'm thinking about putting another fan attached to the cover but I'm undecided whether to have it pull air into the case or exhaust it out of the case. I also contemplated putting two smaller fans on the side; one intake and the other exhaust..

    Appreciate any advise/comment

    Thanks

    It couldn't hurt.....
I think it would be a good idea, TBH.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

And I'd suggest that if you can track down the specs on the fans, to arrange them to have the fan with the higher CFM (cubic feet / min) doing the pushing. This will mean that you have more air going into the case than coming out of it which can go some way toward creating positive air pressure inside the case which in turn will assist in forcing dust out.

Fan filters are a good thing, but they do increase turbulence which means more noise. It's a toss-up between clean internals and a noisy PC, your mounting position and ease of removal for periodic cleaning will help make that decision for you
