MII12000 just keeps beeping no boot

My MII12000 keeps beeping. No bios load, just a lot of beeping. Any suggestions?? It was working fine for over a year and nothing has changed. Opus PS, standard hard drive.
    Thanks

Good old bios beeps gotta love em!

That board has an award bios for memory?? am i wrong???

These beeps occur when you computer cannot turn on the screen for some reason, the beeps come in sucsessions or long and short pulses depending on your bios. It's like morse code.

Below is the translations for the award bios if im right:

1Long, 2Short = Video adaptor error, bad or not seated properly or cable
Repeating (endless loop) = Memory error, improperly seated or missing
1Long, 3Short = No Video Card or bad video ram, reseat or replace
Hi Frequency beeps while running = Overheated CPU
Reapeating High/Low = CPU, CPU improperly seated, damaged or excess heat

Hope ive helped. lets us know what it was

I removed memory and then I least got the beeping to stop. So I went and got new memory and bam, it works again. So something happened with the memory. All is fine now Thanks!!
