it's upside down. Dunno what it means in Japanese but in chinese it's Qing meaning either Green or Young.

Ok my intention is to change the color of the bulbs to red, but before I go and order some out I will like to know what is the number of the model.

Are you changing to specific Mitsubishi red bulbs or something? If not those twist bulbs could probably sourced very easily. Pull a bulb and go to your local automotive store. You could probably find a replacement that way.
