Radiosat Renault mp3 cd hack?

Do you top minds out there know if I can hack the basic (brand new radiosat update list) HU unit in my Grand Scenic so I can play MP3 CDs. You know a bit like changing your single region DVD player to multiregion via pressing a few buttons in the correct order. I can't believe the technology isn't already in it???? It does however have an auxiliary input, but I don't want to spend out if I don't have to! Any advice greatly recieved other ideas accepted, just want to have more music cheaply...

Firstly you may want to check a Renault forum, we generally deal with PCs in cars.

Secondly if your HU doesn't advertise MP3 playback, no 'secret hack' will unlock something it can't do.

OK thanks for that, In the manual the unit is identical except the mp3 writing on it where it uses one of the number buttons to change track. Just thought that they may produce it with a "secret" hack. Cheers JT
