I recommend a TNT2, pci version. It has some support programs (PCTV) that make TV-Out in full-screen (overscan). I donīt know if ATI All-In-Wonder has this feature so anyone who has it, please reply.
im looking to upgrade my old Jaton 773d&tv (4meg) tv out pci vid card. my only requirements are that its PCI(case restrictions) and Tv-out. I dont want to spend more than $60 either and it definately need to be able to show FULL SCREEN tv-out. Thanks.

I don't know about the TNT series of cards, but the ATI All In Wonder series can display TV out on boot up, and they have TV in, so you can hook up a DVD player too.Originally posted by mpt:

here is hack to enable "overscan" on some ati's video cards
1) go to start then run, and type REGEDIT
2) find the folder: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
Software\ATI Technologies\Driver\####\DAL
(#### = version of the driver you are using on your video card 0000)
3)when you get to the "DAL" folder add DWORD "TVEnableOverscan" and change the value to "1"
4) restart your computer
you should have the option now
Note this "hack" should work with the following cards:
ALL-IN-WONDER 128 PRO
ALL-IN-WONDER 128
RAGE FURY PRO
RAGE FURY
RAGE MAGNUM
RAGE 128
RAGE 128 PRO
XPERT 2000 PRO
XPERT 2000
XPERT 128
XPERT 99
Make sure you are using NTSC! i dont think this would work on PAL
GOOD LUCK!!

I just got the XPERT@PLAY (1997) AGP 4MB. It works great. The 98 can only be better. I've seen them on ebay for under $50. I recommend it.
Athlon 500, 128 MB, ATI Xpert 4MB AGP TV-Out, Sound Blaster Live! Value, 8.4 GB, 2x20 Backlit LCD, Keypower 250 Watt ATX DC-DC, DSchmitd Startup/Shutdown Controller, IRMan + Backlit IR Remote, Custom Keypad, 5.6" NTSC LCD, In-Dash Slot Loading DVD, all installed in an '87 Honda Accord LX-i
does ur xpert@play display full screen on the lcd?
