This looks like it might(see the mini-B to A cable): In-Dash DVD/AM/FM/MP3/MP4 Player w/3.5" Motorized TFT LCD
I don't have it, so I can't confirm, but plugging the DVD drive into a computer is the only reason I can think of to have such a cable.
Is ther such a thing? im as going to have my SonyStyle.com | VAIO® Micro PC UX Premium Series as my deck so I can have a pc in my car but also be able to remove it so i can use it elsewhere. The problem is if I have the computer and someone wants to use my car its going to have no audio of any sort so I wanted to install a deck for a tuner and CD player. Then I started to brain storm and I want a CD drive for my computer also, so is ther a head unit/deck/Disk drive of some sort that I can connect to my pc via usb and still be able to use it has a CD player with or without the PC?
Any ideas would be ever so helpful

hmm... I was looking at my viao and I also have a A/V out that might make hooking up a deck easier...?
No, you're not going to get an audio CD player (like a headunit) to interface with the PC.
And the Innovatek unit that tom61 linked to is generally regarded as a piece of garbage, as are all of Innovatek's products.
I think you need to start doing some reading here: New to CarPCs? Don't know where to start?
Your best bet is to have a standard headunit with AUX IN, and have the PC audio going into that.
