Why don't you just try to boot with just one thing plugged in at a time. Go down your list of USB devices this way and see if you can find a problem.
I have a Toshiba Satellite A75-S213 motherboard hooked up to a Carnetix P1900. When I boot it up (even by just pressing the power button) the external screen does not turn on, and neither does the internal. The fans are kickin, but it seems as it doesn't even reach bios. However, when I unplug my USB hub which includes and Elmscan 5, a USGlobalSat BU-353, a blank extension cord, a Griffin iMic, and a Griffin Powermate, I get the computer to boot perfectly. Does anyone know what the problem is here? I was thinking maybe it's a problem with the two serial devices? Thanks

Is the USB self-powered? If not, it could be drawing too much power.
