    FYI for anyone looking for info in the future.. the plastic connector on the pioneer units is a separate piece from the rest of the plastic on the front

    I moved my HU to the trunk and relocated the faceplate into the overhead sunglass holder. Relocating cable runs from the trunk into the back pillar, throught the headliner and into the glassess holder. Cable is a little over 20 feet on a kenwood.
