Thread: New Carpcv2.0: Xenarc or tablet?

Guys,

I have had a Carpc in my car for almost 3 years now. So far it has been an interesting challenge and the need to integrate everything together is always there.

The shop where I had my car recently worked on somehow managed to break my screen and the owner (without any hesitation or confrontation) offered to pay for a new one. (I showed him the broken screen a week after I got my car back!).

So here is the dilemma: I have always wanted to replace the entire system with a dual input (includes touch) 10-12" tablet. Some of the highend ones nowadays even come with antiglare and sunlight readable screens.

Should I use the check he is giving me for a new project or simply replace the xenarc? I can always sell the rest of the components which includes a shuttle.
