As long as you take care to solidly mount components, the PC should be fine on your bad roads.
A hot climate needs some consideration. Components that have low power draw will run cooler.
Adequate cooling for any system is paramount.

month ago and I'm thinking about installing CarPC into my car
but I'm worried about two things, bad roads and hot climate.
please advise to go for it or not and if yes what components I should get.

Make sure you get a transreflective monitor. They are better for viewing in the sunlight.
Xenarc and Lilliput, check out the store on this site. Xenarcs will be a bit more money, but a little better.
