A hot climate needs some consideration. Components that have low power draw will run cooler.
Adequate cooling for any system is paramount.

Thanks for your reply, I've seen systems with fans and fanless , which is better for my case?

I found that mp3car has some good ready systems but I do care about screen in sunlight and sound quality

if any one has past experience about high quality components I'd appreciate his help.

Make sure you get a transreflective monitor. They are better for viewing in the sunlight.

what brands/modles do you recommend?

Xenarc and Lilliput, check out the store on this site. Xenarcs will be a bit more money, but a little better.
