there r pci cards that are fm recievers but i dunno how good the reception works. i dunno i never really liked radio anyway lol. just check the web for a PCI FM RECIEVER. on ebay they are pretty cheap.

well, do you want the "popular" option or the one that works?
It's really all down to personal preference, cost, installation hassle and availability.
If I had to guess, I'd say silabs is the most popular (probably because it's the least expensive). Reeption? Don't know, don't have one. A search should reveal some info here.......
Best reception?
Well, I've used a radioshark.
Crap. Works somewhat, but nowhere near what a HU can do.
I now have a visteon with mitch's patch cable. Even hooked up in the basement 3 feet below grade and without an antenna, it's still as good as the radio shark was.
I hear good things about the hqct too, but it's a bit expensive for my taste.
You really need to do some searching on the forums and come to your own decision before plunking down your hard earned cash.
No-one is going to be able to tell you exactly which you need to buy, because every application has different requirements. You need to decide which one you need.
