overnet in conjunction with www.sharereactor.com
its the best for any divx, tv, or anything you want.
depending on what you are looking for, there is a website www.dapcentral.com whose users maintain alot of ephisodes from a limited number of shows that are no longer on the air. some great stuff like almost all of mst3k.
anyway, you have to join the site, go through alot of frustration and eventually use a program called edonkey2000 and a private server. it is all free, you just have to go through alot of stuff to get it setup.
if you check out the dapcentral.com page, they have a list of all the shows and corresponding ephisodes they maintain.

I recently joined DAPCentral.org. Besides signing up (2 seconds) all you have to do is get eDonkey and connect to thier server. THe best part about it is that all files are chekced and named based on a standard. Thats nice if you are anal like me...
