PCI Slot Adaptor?

Does anyone know of any adapter in existence that can make a PCI card sit flat, like 90 degrees to the side? I'm envisioning like an L shaped PCI slot adapter.

Any help greatly appreciated

If you need one, I have one that I am not using ( I ditched using PCI cards, and opted to by a overkill MoBo to avoid using them). Mine are dual car risers though.... maybe you can just use one port?
