'98 Grand Prix GTP = 1.5 Din
Most GM vehicles will have this size.
Other cars I've owned:
'85 RX-7 = 2 Din
'86 RX-7 = 2 Din
What kind of car do you have and what type of space is available in your dash for stereo equipment? This could be either single DIN, double DIN, or custom measurement. This measurement should take into account the removal of any factory stereo system but not the removal of climate control systems. Post a picture if you have one.
The purpose of this survey is to see what the best specs for a custom manufactured in-dash lcd housing are.
Also please tell me what color your dash area is (i.e. what color you'd want the frame for an in-dash LCD display to be)
Thanks.

96' Laredo I believe it's 1.5din, but I blocked over the center A/C vents and an LCD fits quite nicely.

UK spec has 1 din, the JDM spec has 2 DIN, and just bolts in (when you find one). Room for modding for a 3 DIN hole.
Loads of room behind the centre console for computer etc.
