    Suttle d10. = car pc?

It's not available in the US at the moment. But perhaps this would be a great carputer kit. It has the screen and all the hardware already included and it's on the cheaper side too. You guys think it would be possible to extend the monitor or do you think it would be like a laptop screen.

I'm certain the screen is a VGA unit that could easily be extended.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

+1, easy to mod. it's probably got a caseless liliput right from the factory. Cool PC case. I'd really like to see these screens come down in price though.

Couple years back on my first car-pc build I used the ebay tm-868 screen, which is 8" and VGA touch for about 200 bones. Decent quality and worked well. The rest of the screens out at the time were way overpriced, and they still are.
current system: car2pc adapter playing aux in for a sansa fuze media player. simple. cheap. effective.

Internally, the Car PC will run an Intel Core Duo chipset (not the 2 Duo, apparently) and store information on a standard laptop hard drive. 7.1 sound and graphics are predictably integrated onboard.
