State of the auto-destruct button![]()
Ok so what information would you want to view about your vehicle (Race car or not) if you were racing on a track (circuit not drag) or anywhere. I figured out that Speed, RPM, Fuel level and Current Gear.

Oil Temp, Oil Pressure, Water Temp, Boost (if turbo'ed), Tranny Temp, Fuel Pressure, Exaust Temp (EGT), Voltage, etc. Basically anything and everything they make gauges for. Check www.autometer.com for one set of examples...
CarPC v2.5 up and running - all hardware installed, skin configured, and iG tweaked like crazy. Now for OBD-II, and voice control, and camera plugin, and... :nutz: - it never ends!
also tire pressure, tire temp, distance to empty (fuel), etc
HARDWARE: Fujitsu Stylistic ST5111w/WiFi and dock, internal Hitachi 500G HD, external 1TB HD, Sierra Wireless Aircard 550, DVD-RW, BoomzBox HD radio, XM Commander, Delorme GPS, Saitek X-52 Pro joystick, BluSoleil Bluetooth, TPMS, FB, Elm327
so pretty much i should set my program to display any and all information on the car when I am on a track.
If this is just something for you to see while racing, then only put on what you will use. Having a bunch of crap that you dont care about is rather useless and clutters the screen.
So if you only care about Speed, RPM, Fuel, and Gear, then just display those.
