win CE gps software in carpc?

is it possible to use the gps software from a portable gps unit on a carpc with windows xp?

my portable gps unit has Navigon on it and i have all the install files and maps for win CE version stored on my desktop and was wondering if its possible to get the software up and running in a carpc with windows xp?

i really like the navigon software and would like to avoid having to spend an extra 100 for iGuidance.

Your best option would be to run mymobile on your car pc and hook your phone up. I have been searching for a way to make my phone a usb host and make it completely controllable from a touch screen but no luck yet.
