any luck finding out about the fusion brain resistance value?
whether or not this will work is the deciding factor between me buying an 10" and an 8" monitor.

Not yet. I'm getting my unit back next week and will work on that soon. All I can say is the ohmeter read resistance at 44 khz steps. I'm not sure how much help that will be to you.

Remaining tasks to facilitate vanputer installation codename "Enterprise":
    - Edit skin to liking.
    - Get compatible phone for mobilephone.net.
    - Facilitate HVAC control.

And that is for the HVAC, not the fusion brain.

I have been playing with this same idea in my Grand Prix for a while now, but havn't started it. The 3 A/C positions are achived by doors in the heater/AC plentum. Max A/C closes off outside air and recirculates the air inside the vehicle, Just A/C pulls air from the outside. and Blend opens up the floor duct to allow the A/C to blow out both the dash vents and the floor ducts. This may be what the 2 vacuum lines are for. I have a factory service repair book in a box in storage, I will dig it out, it has a complete wiring and vacuum diagram for the heat/ac system in it.
