Not a question but rather some feedback for the CarPC community. I purchased a few things from Mo-Co-So some of which included a couple of MiniTouch 700 monitors.
I ended up getting the wrong bracket, but Chris was good about getting the correct one in the mail to me ASAP.
While waiting for the bracket I decided to look into how to assemble the monitor. I didn't have any instructions and couldn't find any on ByBytes site or Mo-Co-So. Long story short I put the touchscreen on the wrong direction and in attempting to remove it to flip it over it cracked.
I contacted Chris and explained hoping he sold the touchpanels separately. First of all he sent over a bunch of assembly pictures and the instructions I never got, then because I had never received them in the first place offered to ship me a replacement touchpanel at his expense.
I should also note all of this happened via e-mail at 9:00pm in the evening. Really can't ask for any better customer service than that.
I'm all to quick to jump on a vendor for horrible service, so I felt It only fair I posted up and gave praise for the awesome customer service I've received. It is so rare these days.
