Yeah, Nader was a douche lol.

Nope, lots of pony cars screw. I had an 80 T/A with a 455 that was set up for the highway, car boogied. My friend had a 77 with a 455 that was running low 11's. I love F-bodies, pretty much every year. Although, I'd rather the Pontiacs still had a real Pontiac motor in the latter years, but that's a whole other discussion lol. You should definitely post some pics though!

It's funny how many ads I see on Craigslist and Ebay, same car as mine(72 LeMans with a 350/2bbl) and they go on about muscle car this and muscle car that. It's not one. I know it's not one and I don't try to call my car one. It was more of a bread and butter daily driver car. When I'm done, different story Not every Chevelle is a muscle car. A Nova isn't one either, even a 396SS, it's a small car.

That blue Merc(TMF) looks like a beast, what are you running with it?

LOL! Didn't mean to stir up a nest with the whole "what is a musclecar" debate. haha. I think we can all agree to disagree on that one.

I am more interested to see if others are using the carpc's like I do.

Oh, it ran 11.47 @ 120.25 two years ago. I've made a few upgrades since then and will be taking it back out to see if I can know a few seconds off that.

    woot!

Healthy debate is good. Most people don't know the difference between a performance car, muscle car or pony car Too bad you can't hide the huffer in that thing, it'd be a killer sleeper. What's it got in it?

Part of the reason I looked into carpcs is for down the road, if I can convert to an EFI setup, I'd like to be able to have the fuel maps right there, ready to go(and maybe if I go with a 4l80E the tranny controls too).

I did the killer sleeper back when it was black and had a ProCharger under the hood. Too much boost and a stock block soon parted ways. And by parted, I mean 3 pistons and rods exited the block at about the 660 mark. It still has a 4.6 32V motor in it, but it is good for 1500hp. Switching to alcohol this season and looking for low 9's. You can see a bunch of pictures of it and the builds over the years at -->HERE<--

    Cheers!
