First off, your spelling is terrible.

Visual Basic, C++, Java, Delphi, Pascal,....
The list goes on and on.
Since you are obviously REALLY new to application development, stick with VB

thanks I was looking at a online tutorial for c++ programing but it did not say what program you type you code on. Do you type in in notepad like you do html thanks
If you code html in notepad that is a lil hardcore. If you really like htmling and all sort of web desing check out Macromedia Dreamweaver. Best HTML program out there PERDIOD.
Yeah I think he meant HTML programming. Notepad is hardcore and old school (I remember that was my only and favorite tool for webpage design) But pretty much any text editor can write up a webpage. You can use Word to do a simple page or step up to frontpage for more options. The only really tutorial you need is, well right in front of you. Just look at the source code for this page and you should get a general Idea.
As for more advance you should look for scripts (ie, java scripts, VB scripts, DHTML, Perl, etc..)
If its graphics your looking for, get Macromedia Flash. Its awesome for making cool looking moving graphic or interactive ones.
sorry for the misunderstanding i was using html and notepad as a example of the type of question i was asking I want to know if you can use notepad to type up c++ code like you do html or is there a special program to do it on
you can use basically any text editor to write code in but their are certain advantages to using others. I'm in school for CS right now and I mainly use XEMACS. I only know Java at the moment and its kinda slow for this type of programming but I have read a bit on C++. I have yet to find a thorough, and free tutorial on C++ on the net. I think your best bet is to get some books and start reading up on it.

I found this totorial and it is free.

Your best idea is to get an IDE (Integrated Development Environment)
Which will have a text editor, linker, compiler, help system, etc.
And if you are just starting out I would reccomend VB, not C++
C++ is not that difficult, but it is a little overwhelming for beginners
