I'm guessing that since it was paired once, that comm port is now dedicated to that device for future pairing and is why it's showing still.. Just guessing though.

So as far as USB stuff goes, because I plan to ditch the bluetooth for a usb gps, once I unplug it the com port will go as well, and then back when I plug it in?

In theory yes. But on my AD10 I've seen the USB ports act kind of quirky. However, I don't think I've noticed any oddities since I performed the BIOS update.

    Zotac Zbox AD10 power jumper

stretch, I used your photo to indicate the power jumper on the board. I tested it a couple times to confirm. I've got my CNX-P1900 in hand now. Just waiting on a few more odds and ends and I'll start getting this all wired up.

is it possible for you to check whether this board could output a very low resolution of 480x234?
i would love to go with this option as well, but i'm worry that newer chipset might have problem with really low resolution.

    Thanks!

I'm very much interested in replacing my current car PC with one of these little guys. Two questions though: what are the dimensions of the motherboard once it is extracted from the case and have you discovered any way to cut the POST time down from the 7s you experienced the first time?

    The lowest resolution is 640 x 480.

The board is about 0.25" to 0.5" smaller than the case all around. The case is 5" x 5".

Note you will want to get a stronger wifi antena.

Can the microphone input also be used as a line-in, or is it mono?
