    Location: London, Split my time between Hackney and Brixton.
    Car: VW Karmann Ghia
    System: Shuttle FN41, 128mb, 20gb 2.5"hd, TDK bluetooth dongle. Inverter and shutdown controller bought but not yet played with.
    Status: System built but waiting for the car to come back from the bodyshop before i install.

    Comments: Don't use the rear screen heater cable as a handy ground. 30-odd amps up the ground plane of the PC is not healthy. But it did lead to an excuse to get a better MoBo...

    Sounds: Audigy NX2 out to 3 amps for full 7.1
    State of play: Installed! But still untidy in the boot, just building the mounts etc..
    Comments: Opus is the way to go, and make sure that 5v gets turned off. Don't waste time if you want a kicking sound system, go straight for the Audigy NX2 and make a 5v supply!!

    Still in development. All computer parts sourced and tested, now sourcing replacement dash trim and screen bezel for screen installation. Project was delayed for a while because of engine mods but will be finished over winter.
