Lightbulb Single Chip mp3 player minus lcd + power

    Greetings,

I was surfing the internet at work one day looking at various mp3 setups. I have always looked at and wanted and mp3 car but never had the time or money. I came across a single chip mp3 decoder that would interface with an lcd. It had a disk on chip operating system that would read mp3 files on either a laptop hard drive or solid state storage device by simply connecting an ide/ ide adapted cable. The power for the device could be spliced into the fuse box. I have since lost the link to this treasure.

If you know of any such device please post. Hopefully people who develop or find these such devices don't hide them away and integrate them into something like the 'rio'. I like to see such things available to everyone- not just integrators and resellers.

    my 2 cents and thanks,

    styles
