Aiwa makes headunits with Aux in, the cheapest they have is 149.99.
Pioneer makes a nice headunit and you can get the adaptor for AUX. in for $30.

JVC makes cheap HU's with Aux in. Probably the cheapest place to buy them would be eBay.
I have this one http://www.epinions.com/content_70062608004
works great .. about $100
has cd/rw capability
JVC also has an AUX adapter for their changer controller, so I'd assume any JVC unit with a changer control could be converted.
As Defiler said Pioneer headunits are good. I recently bought Pioneer DEH-P4400 on ebay for $70 (including shipping charges) and it works really great. And whats most important for additional $30 you can buy Aux input

Just talking to an auto sparky yesterday as he was installing an alarm in car, there is a REALLY cheap tape deck that they sell, mainly to auto dealers to replace jappa ones... has 2 RCA ins. You want me to find details??
