Thread: new dvd drive :)

i finally got around to installing my imac slot load, however I think i might have fried my firewire bridge, it's not noticed by the computer

this works pretty darn slick tho, i tried to hook up a switch to the eject button however it just took the pads right off so now i have no way of ejecting except for while in the OS, i'll probably just grab another drive one of these days, a faster one, i'm using a 4x
