Thread: Help W/ Video Issues

For some reason, nothing video shows up on my screen. For example, my webcam, I can take pictures with it, and they show up fine, but I don't see the video stream from it. However, if i move a Windows popup (Like a window with an "OK" and "Cancel" option) I can see the video through the text. With DVD's, I have to move the window around until it shows up. It will not work fullscreen.
