Carputer Concept Pic

This a pic of the LCD & DVD I intend to install in my s-10 after relocating the AC controls and removing the stock radio. In all I'll have enough room to mount this as well as place the PC104 Carputer I intened to build behinf it. There's a quite large cavity behind the radio and AC controls. This is onlt a rough interpitation. I haven't had time to properly Photoshop it to where it actuall looks real.

Is the LCD that size compared to the DVD? I'm assuming it is actual size. You might want to hide the taskbar and double-size Winamp. Where are you going to relocate the AC controls? It would be interesting to know how you plan to do that since I would have to do that to get my LCD in the dash.

BTW I have the same desktop! DigitalBlasphamy rules!

I have an S10 Blazer... im curious to see how you relocate the A/C controls (and where to) I will probably end up installing the LCD hanging down below the dash where the ashtray is... If it will look right, I don't know I haven't gotten my LCD yet. Keep us informed, please!
