Yeh i shoulda remembered snakebite, was talking to him about it aggges ago. He (and nearly me) were the only ones i know. Most of my mates either dont have a car, or dont appreicate music as much as me. we are a unique breed.

I think it is the appreciatition of music that spurs us on to build such things! Ive have been running a homebrew mp3car system since my first car back in 1997 - a '73 LJ torrana! oh what a car!!!

On my third incarnation of a mp3car system now, each time getting a little bit more refined, a bit quicker to build, and a increase in sound output!
    Project - GAME OVER :(

    haha go the 'ranas

my first car was (and still got it) a 351 xy fairmont, the victorian police didn't like me driving it on my P's though. hehe was half the fun

I wish i knew about this idea back then, cus that woulda been the ultimate retro tech

My current ride a VL *shudder* is preventing me from going the full blown 8" LCD and stuff (as well as dosh) as they are so friggn easy to break into, as i have found out! So a 40x4 will do, with stealth being the theme.
