    taking pics of screens?

    Is it jus tme or is it impossbile to take pics of a screen and have them show up clear? Every picture i take with my Fujifilm s3000 3.2MP camera come out blurry. See below!

    stop shaking then! place it somewhere steady and use the timer.

    im not shaking!! i can take pics of anything else fine


    Even when im veiwing the image in the eye hole, its blurry. But whats weird is when i zoom in and out its becomes clear as its zooming.

    If it's anything like my fuji, the autofocus needs a certain amount of light over the whole screen to work properly, try to get a diffused light shining on the area around the screen.

    You may also find that different refresh rates give you different results.

    does this just happen at night? the dark image may require the shutter to be open longer in order to expose the film correctly

    was messin with ya. As steve said it's probably an auto focus thing.

    try using a fixed focus and possibly also try messign with the ISO value to change the exposure.

    The problem is the shutter stays open longer in low light conditions when you're not using the flash. You can't hold the camera steady enough to make it not blur. Try setting the camera down and using the self timer and it won't blur. You can also use a tripod with the self timer. Good luck with your night shots.

    thanks guys, i tried self time and it came out better!! This is why im not a surgeon!! Problem is i have no tripod and its hard to get a good pic by trying to angle the camera on my head rest and not have it slide off for 10 seconds, lol
