the create mp3car subdomain page is broken

Hi,

I'm trying to create a mp3car subdomain at
http://www.mp3car.com/forwardexample.asp

and I fill out the form and click submit and then I get:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e37'

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'forwardrequest'.

Am I doing something wrong?

yeah, maybe something's wrong with the server. I've been trying to modify my personal info and nickname, but cant do it for these last 20 days ... I get a lot of errors such that there cannot be punctuation marks etc, even when I do not use them ...

also, correct me if I'm wrong, but if I remember well, I have read somewhere that the subdomain service is no longer available ...
